Business Success Tip – Make Time for Quiet

Find quiet time every day.  Carving out some quiet every day- 10 minutes of meditation/deep breathing a few times a day, a favorite yoga class, a 20-minute power nap- can refresh you like nothing else.

We must balance “doing” with “being”- action with rest- in order to stay healthy and balanced. 

It’s also in the rest periods that we hear the whispers of the Universe.  That is the deeper guidance coming from a higher power.  Trust me- you don’t want to miss those whispers!  They are what teach you your greatest lessons.
